Climate Change

As a farmer’s son growing up in rural India, Sudhakar Reddy has witnessed first-hand the impact of climate change and erratic weather patterns. Besides, he is a science and law graduate by education.
Through his investigative stories, he has been continuously fought for environmental protection in a career spanning more than two decades. He covered climate change issues significantly during these two decades by writing on the environment, forest, biodiversity, water crisis, and carbon emissions. He was a panelist in Chevening Conversations on Climate Change ahead of COP26 organized by UK High Commission in Hyderabad.

He received ‘Pen for Mother Earth’ award from Council for Green Revolution for his stories on environment protection. In addition, He was an United Nations observer for COP 11 conference on biodiversity conducted in Hyderabad
